Meet Colleen

After working as a middle school math teacher for 32 years, I have recently joined Kate’s World Travel as a travel advisor. I work closely with my clients, just as I did my students, bringing clarity and expertise to the planning process to have amazing and delightful experiences from start to finish. By working one-on-one with my clients, I am able to get to know my clients on a personal level, to help bring to life once-in-a-lifetime vacations.

I live in upstate New York with my husband Joe. I have three adult children, Katie, Mikey, and Tyler, and two dogs, Margo and Molly. With family and friends, we’ve traveled all over the east coast of the United States in our RV, taken countless trips to Florida and Disney World, and cruised the Caribbean, Mexico, Bermuda and New England all for making cherished memories. My favorite places I have visited so far are Disney, Nova Scotia and a warm beach anywhere!

We recently used Kate’s World Travel to book a Mediterranean Cruise on Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL). Our primary travel advisor was Colleen Schultz. Not only did she give us an excellent rate, but her communication throughout, from ‘planning to cruising’, was amazing. Colleen made sure we were aware of all important dates and information through regular email and touch-base meetings. Her last touch-base meeting shortly before the cruise was a checklist discussion that alleviated the stress of the first day check-in process.
