Meet Kate
I live in York, Pennsylvania and love traveling to Europe. My love for traveling began as a teenager when I visited Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In fact, it was a special trip with my mom for my high school graduation. In college, I studied abroad in Cheltenham, England, which was an amazing experience that I will never forget. I even got to see Queen Elizabeth when she visited our town! I traveled all over Europe, soaking up all the different cultures, history and food. I’ve since traveled to 30 countries, 15 of them in Europe, and I have loved every moment of my adventures!
I still keep going back to Europe to discover all the hidden gems it has to offer.
Do you want to take a river cruise in Northern France to explore Paris, Normandy, and Monet’s house and gardens? Or maybe you’d rather cruise the Rhine in luxury and explore the Alsace wine region. Instead, you might prefer the beautiful castles lining the riverbanks. Perhaps exploring Great Britain and soaking it all in is more your style?
I can help you visit the most scenic castles in Ireland. I can also arrange a walking tour of the greatest chocolatiers in Belgium. If you want to go on a lovely European river cruise, I’ll help you choose the right cruise line. Additionally, I’ll help you plan the perfect itinerary so you have the dream trip you have imagined. I’ll even help you extend the trip on either end of the river cruise; that way, you can immerse yourself more with the culture. I can create an itinerary that includes all the things you want to do, and I might also add some special experiences you didn’t know existed.

I’ve seen my wife enjoy helping people plan their trips. That’s why I joined Kate’s World Travel — so I can help others plan their vacations too. I live in York, Pennsylvania with my wife, Kate, and our two dogs, Wesley and Bruce.
I specialize in travel to Caribbean destinations, Disney World, Disney Cruises, and Universal Studios. My clients count on me to stay current on the latest changes; likewise, I track offers for both Disney World and Universal Studios. Saving my clients time and money on their trips is always a priority. That way, they can focus on having a wonderful time making memories. On top of that, I provide advice on the best time of year to visit Disney World. I also share tips on how to save money and how to decrease the time spent waiting in line.
Meet Maggie
I am a retired teacher who lives in Hanover, Pennsylvania, with my husband, Heath. I have always loved traveling and am a regular visitor to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. I’ve also cruised to the Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda, and Alaska, to name a few destinations. My husband and I also enjoy visiting the wonderfully diverse cities across the United States. Specifically, we usually take these as short three- or four-day trips. While we’re in town, we usually try to take in a baseball game.
I have been planning vacations for my family for decades now. Throughout my teaching career, my friends and family often told me I should pursue vacation planning as a vocation. Indeed, it’s something I have always loved to do. Now that I am retired, I would like to help others make the same type of special memories. It’s the kind of memory I’ve had the pleasure to make for myself and my family.
When I learned about Kate’s World Travel, I reached out to her. I was warmly accepted as part of the Kate’s World Travel family.
My specialty is planning multi-generational family vacations to Disney destinations, Universal Studios Florida, and cruises. I also plan short, 2-4 day ‘getaways’ to cities across these great United States. I stay up to date on all the latest travel regulations and special offers from the major cruise lines. Similarly, I track updates for Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida. Let me help you by providing advice on how to save money, time, and worry. Meet Matt
I live in Gatchellville, Pennsylvania with my wife, Emily. My son, Josh, is a professional firefighter in Frederick County, Maryland. Beyond the beach, I never really traveled much as a child. However, after my wife and I got married, we became adventurers. We started exploring the East Coast, looking for interesting tours, treats, and landmarks.
We have traveled to Disney World and Universal Studios on multiple occasions and love each for different reasons. Meanwhile, our family has enjoyed exploring America’s urban environs from Cleveland and New York to Nashville and Charlotte.
Over the years, due to the interests of my wife and son, we’ve visited numerous firehouses and libraries. (My wife is a public school librarian.) Searching for these places, in and around the country, gave me a skill for finding hidden gems. As a result, I now enjoy tracking down interesting restaurants, shops, tours, and landmarks.
Seeing the passion for travel that Kate has in helping her clients find adventures around the globe was inspiring. It motivated me to also pursue being a travel advisor. Kate and Kate’s World Travel were very welcoming, and they helped me get the training I needed. I still use that training to become more knowledgeable and helpful; that way, I can make travel for others just as fun and exciting as it is for me.
