Meet Kate

I live in York, Pennsylvania and love traveling to Europe. My love for traveling began as a teenager when I visited Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. It was a special trip with my mom for my high school graduation. In college, I studied abroad in Cheltenham, England, which was an amazing experience that I will never forget. I even got to see Queen Elizabeth when she visited our town! I traveled all over Europe soaking up all the different cultures, history and food. I’ve since traveled to 30 countries, 15 of them in Europe, and I have loved every moment of my adventures!

I keep going back to Europe to discover all the hidden gems it has to offer.

Do you want to take a river cruise in Northern France to explore Paris, Normandy, and Monet’s house and gardens? Do you want to cruise the Rhine in luxury to explore the Alsace wine region or the beautiful castles on the banks of the river? Do you want to explore Great Britain and soak it all in?

If you want to go on a lovely European river cruise, I’ll help you choose the right cruise line and itinerary so you have the dream trip you have imagined. I’ll even help you extend the trip on either end of the river cruise so you can immerse yourself more with the culture. I can create an itinerary that includes all the things you want to do and maybe some special experiences you didn’t know existed. Maybe you never knew you could participate in falconry and fly your own hawk or snow barn owl at Ashford Castle, but now it’s the thing you are most looking forward to on your trip. When crafting your itinerary I’ll make sure you have enough time at each destination so you never feel rushed or stressed. I also advise you on special events and exclusive activities to experience in your free time to make the most of your journey.

I’ve seen my wife enjoy helping people plan their trips and I’ve joined Kate’s World Travel so that I can help others plan their vacations as well. I live in York, Pennsylvania with my wife, Kate, and our two dogs, Wesley and Bruce.

I specialize in travel to Caribbean destinations, Disney World, Disney Cruises, and Universal Studios. I stay up to date on all the latest changes and offers to Disney World and Universal Studios. I help my clients save time and money on their trips so they can focus on having a wonderful time making memories. I provide advice on the best time of year to visit Disney World, how to save money, and how to decrease the time spent waiting in line.

Meet Maggie

I am a retired teacher who lives in Hanover, Pennsylvania, with my husband, Heath. I have always loved traveling and am a regular visitor to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and I have cruised to the Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda and Alaska to name a few destinations. My husband and I also enjoy visiting the wonderfully diverse cities across the United States in the form of short three or four-day trips, and we usually try to take in a baseball game while we are in town.

I have been planning vacations for my family for decades now, and throughout my teaching career, all of my friends and family were always making comments that I should pursue vacation planning as a vocation, since it is something I have always loved to do. Now that I am retired, I would like to help others make the same type of special memories that I have had the pleasure to make for myself and my family..

When I learned about Kate’s World Travel, I reached out to her, and I was warmly accepted as part of Kate’s World Travel Family.

I specialize in planning multi-generational family vacations to Disney destinations, Universal Studios Florida, and cruises, as well as short, 2-4 day ‘getaways’ to cities in these great United States. I stay up to date on all the latest travel regulations and special offers from the major cruise lines, Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida. Meet Matt

I live in Gatchellville, Pennsylvania with my wife, Emily. My son, Josh, is a professional firefighter in Frederick County, Maryland. Beyond the beach, I never really traveled much as a child. However, after my wife and I got married, we became adventurers, exploring the East Coast and looking for interesting tours, treats, and landmarks.

We have traveled to Disney World and Universal Studios on multiple occasions and love each for different reasons. Our family has enjoyed exploring America’s urban environs from Cleveland and New York to Nashville and Charlotte.

Over the years due to the interests of my wife and son, we have visited numerous firehouses and libraries (my wife is a public school librarian). The process to find these in and around the country gave me a skill for finding interesting restaurants, shops, tours, and landmarks to enjoy.

Seeing the passion for travel that Kate has in helping her clients find adventures around the globe inspired me to pursue also being a travel advisor. Kate and Kate’s World Travel were very welcoming and helped me seek the training that I used and continue to employ to become even more knowledgeable and helpful in making travel for others be as much fun and exciting as it is for me.
