I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, friend, and teacher to many. I’m married to a man who makes me laugh every single day, and I feel incredibly lucky that the boy I met in college at 18 still has that effect on me. Together, we have three adult children who are pretty much “grown and flown,” although they know our door is always open whenever they need us.

I taught elementary school for 33 years and (for the most part) loved every minute of my career right up until the day I retired. Now, I’m excited to have embarked on my “Act II” as a travel advisor—a career that allows me to combine my love of travel with my passion for helping others.

Teaching taught me many things, but perhaps most importantly, it taught me to be organized, attentive, resourceful, and genuinely invested in making other people happy. I’ve also always been the vacation planner among our family and friends, so becoming a travel advisor feels like a natural next chapter. I’m thrilled to put those skills to work creating memorable travel experiences for my clients.
