I am a retired educator who lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with my son Jason and our cat, Sammy. My father was in the army. When I was in elementary school and junior high school my family lived in Niagara Falls, New York. While there, we traveled around the northeast part of the United States.

Next, we moved to Hanau, West Germany. While there we were able to travel to several different countries in Europe. I developed my love for travel during this time. Since that time, as an educator, I was lucky to be able to travel to conferences around the United States. I always loved it when we were able to go sightseeing in those cities. I love history and get very excited to see the historical sites when visiting cities in the United States and Europe.

I have also been to Cozumel several times. Each time I have gone, I have experienced something new. There are times when sitting on the beach is the best medicine.
