Applications Close May 30th — We Onboard Once a Year
Are you passionate about travel and looking for a rewarding career — or a flexible side income doing something you love? Kate’s World Travel is accepting applications for our 2026 class of travel advisors. Spots are limited, and this is your only opportunity to join us this year.
It is important that you watch this video in its entirety before applying. This webinar will give you a full understanding of what it means to be a travel advisor with Kate's World Travel — please do not apply until you have watched it completely.
This webinar covers everything you need to know about what it means to be a travel advisor, how Kate’s World Travel works, and what makes us different from other agencies. It will also help you complete your application. Applications from candidates who have not watched the full video will not be considered.
How to Apply — Step by Step
1. Watch the full ‘Becoming a Travel Advisor with Kate’s World Travel’ webinar above.
2. Record a short Loom video (3 minutes or less) answering these three questions. See instructions below for how to record and submit a Loom video.
- Video Question 1: Tell us a little about yourself — who you are, where you’re from, and what draws you to becoming a travel advisor with Kate’s World Travel.
- Video Question 2: Tell us about a favorite trip you have planned — for yourself, your family, or someone else. What made it special and what did you love most about putting it together?
- Video Question 3: Where do you see your travel business two years from now — and what are you going to do in the first 90 days to start building it?
3. Complete the application form. You will paste your Loom video link directly into the application.
4. Click the Apply button and submit your completed form before May 30, 2026.
After submitting your application, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Here’s what happens next:
- Applications are reviewed after May 30th
- Final candidates are invited to interview during the 1st and 2nd week of June
- Accepted advisors begin onboarding July 20–27, 2026 (self-paced with daily live meetups)
How to Record and Submit Your Loom Video
We ask for a short Loom video so we can get to know you before the interview. Loom is a free, easy screen-and-camera recording tool. Here’s how to use it:
STEP 1 — Get Loom:
Go to loom.com and create a free account, or download the Loom Chrome extension.
Record a video of 3 minutes or less and answer the 3 Video Questions.
STEP 2 — Record your video:
Click ‘New Recording.’ Choose ‘Camera Only’ so we can see your face. Record a video of 3 minutes or less.
Tell us: your name, your background in education or work, and why you’re interested in becoming a travel advisor with Kate’s World Travel.
STEP 3 — Get your link:
When you finish recording, Loom automatically saves your video and gives you a shareable link. Copy that link.
STEP 4 — Paste it in your application:
There is a field in the application form asking for your Loom video link. Paste the link there before submitting.
Tips: Make sure your face is well-lit, find a quiet space, and just be yourself. We’re looking forward to meeting you!
