I live in Nashville; TN and I am a retired school counselor. My love for traveling began as a teenager when I participated in the People-to-People Student Ambassador Program and traveled to Europe for 6 weeks after my high school graduation. I visited Holland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Hungary and Greece. Not only did I get to visit these amazing places, but in Germany, Austria and Greece, I had the opportunity to stay with host families. They showed me their culture, history and food in a personal way, and I made memories that will last a lifetime.

I’ve since traveled throughout the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean and recently returned to Greece to visit Athens and Santorini. I love traveling with my son Christopher and his amazing family. I am trying to give those same opportunities to my grandchildren that were given to me, and I have succeeded in making them international travelers.
For many years I said that when I retired, I wanted to be a travel advisor, so here I am making my dreams come true! I’m so thankful that I met Kate and for the opportunity she extended to be a part of Kate’s World Travel. I know the value of research and planning, so I look forward to helping you plan the vacation of your dreams, a family vacation, a trip with your grandchildren or a fabulous girl’s trip!
