Italy is a beautiful kaleidoscope of landscapes and flavors. I’ve been going to Italy since I studied abroad in England during college. I’ve been to Italy collectively for 5 weeks. I’ve loved every town I’ve visited in Italy. The best trip I have ever taken was a three-week trip to Italy. We did a Tauck tour and stayed in the most beautiful and historic places right in the center of each town. I picked this tour because it visited every place I wanted to visit, including Cinque Terre, and included an after-hours tour of the Vatican Museum. We started in Sorrento and made our way up to Venice. I loved that we spend three nights in each of the larger cities since there was so much to explore. I loved having the amazing food including pesto gnocchi in Cinque Terre, buffalo de mozzarella in Sorrento, and yummy pizza in Rome. The canals in Venice were fun to cruise. There are so many memories from that trip that I cherish and make me smile. That’s what it is all about to me. I’m so thankful I get to help others plan amazing trips so that they have their own memories to smile back on.
